He is currently Managing Director at Lighthouse Growth Ventures, a consultancy that provides growth & corporate advisory services to entrepreneurs and investors.
He has over 17 years of experience in general management and marketing, having held leadership roles at VIDA Digital Identity, investment firm NXBT, as well as serving as Managing Director for Endeavor Malaysia. Anand was a founding member of the Lotus Racing F1 team, and began his career in Brand Management at AirAsia.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Business from Multimedia University, Malaysia.
