Derek is a member of the Ocular Web3 and early stage investment team, and is based in Singapore.

Previously, he was at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Singapore.

He holds a Master's in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University and a Bachelor's of Science in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
