Previously Melvin led Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at StraitsX. Before that, he co-founded Vantient, a venture-backed startup. He previously invested in financial services, software and deep tech at Temasek and Serendipity Capital.

Melvin holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance with Honours from Singapore Management University.
